The major organizations, such as Rain City Jacks (Seattle), New York Jacks, LAX Jacks, Philly Jacks are doing their utmost to ensure the safety of their attendees. After all, those clubs (New York being the first) were started to provide a safe-sex environment in the depths of the HIV/AIDS crisis. PrEP and antiretroviral treatments have made it safe to engage in sexual activity; HIV is no longer a death sentence.
